Objectives
The Account Manager is responsible for managing multiple accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.
You will play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
The Account Manager serves to understand the customer’s demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company.

To be successful for this role you will need to have a proven track record of generating sales building customer relations

Furniture industry experience preferred.

Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role The AM needs to be organised. Excellent commercial awareness. Communication skills. Confidence and presentation skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure.

Salary, Benefits and Hours
Job Title – Account Manager
Job Type – Permanent
Salary – £Competitive
Pension – Auto enrolment 2% employer 3% employee
Working hours – 8.30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays- 20 day’s holiday exc. Bank Holidays increasing to 22 days after 10 years’ service
